Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 18, 2026.
You’re reading the rules of engagement for GMB Ranking Toolkit. We built this site to share operational local SEO tactics. Not theory. Real methods we use to push businesses into the map pack. By using gmbrankingtoolkit.com, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, close the tab.
1. The Agreement
Accessing our tools, reading our Google Business Profile optimization guides, or applying our citation strategies means you accept these terms. We update this page when our processes or legal requirements change. We expect you to check back. Your continued use of the site is your agreement to the current rules.
We don’t negotiate these terms on an individual basis.
2. Our Intellectual Property
We write every audit guide. We test every rank tracking method. We publish original content based on actual local SEO campaigns. This material belongs to GMB Ranking Toolkit.
You can’t scrape our site. You can’t copy our review analysis frameworks and paste them on your agency blog. You can link to us. You can quote short excerpts if you provide a clear, clickable attribution link back to the original page. Theft results in immediate DMCA takedown notices. We protect our work.
We spend hours documenting the exact steps to fix a suspended profile. We don’t let lazy marketers steal that effort.
3. No Guarantees in Local SEO
Let’s be brutally honest. Google changes its local algorithm constantly. Proximity signals shift. Review velocity weighting fluctuates. We provide high-resolution insights based on our active testing. We don’t guarantee rankings.
Anyone promising you a permanent number one spot in the map pack is lying. We provide tools and strategies. Your execution determines your results. We offer this site “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We don’t guarantee our site will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use our methods at your own risk.
A suspended Google Business Profile is a real risk if you push boundaries. We teach safe, defensible NAP consistency and optimization. If you execute poorly and trigger a manual review, that falls on you. We aren’t liable for your profile suspensions. Video verification loops happen. Postcard delays happen. We give you the playbook to navigate them. We don’t control Google.
4. Limitation of Liability
Local search volatility happens. A competitor overtakes your position. A core update drops your visibility. GMB Ranking Toolkit and its operators aren’t liable for lost revenue, lost customers, or damaged reputations.
Our liability is strictly limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you use our category research templates and your client fires you, we aren’t responsible. We provide the map. You drive the car.
You assume full responsibility for how you apply our advice. If you build spammy citations and tank your local presence, you own that failure. We show you the right way to build local authority. You have to do the actual work correctly.
5. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Tools
We review rank checkers, citation builders, and AI content tools. Sometimes we use affiliate links. If you click one and buy the software, we earn a commission. This costs you nothing extra.
We only recommend tools we actually deploy in client campaigns. We rejected 14 different grid trackers before recommending our current favorite. We don’t sell our opinions. We buy the software. We test the features. We publish the truth.
We don’t control these third-party platforms. If a tool we recommend changes its pricing or breaks its API, we hold no responsibility. Read their terms before handing over your credit card. A tool that works perfectly today will break tomorrow. That’s the reality of SEO software.
6. Data Accuracy and Local Rank Tracking
We discuss local search rankings frequently. You must understand that Google customizes search results based on the user’s exact physical location, search history, and device.
When we show a case study where an HVAC contractor in Phoenix moved from position 12 to position 2 in the map pack,
